“WaveWorks was designed in 1999 and has evolved through the years to expand and address updated workplace needs and customer requests. Originally, it was developed to be an option rich casegoods series that provided flexibility and a clean aesthetic. Still keeping true to its roots, WaveWorks currently provides a wide breadth of line that has been refreshed and renewed by adding new models and configurations, new surface materials and color palettes, and an entire metal product offering. Through the years as I’ve enhanced WaveWorks, I’m still drawn back to the uncomplicated and straightforward offering that made it so successful. Its design, quality, and value combined with its flexibility and continued expansions, make WaveWorks an ideal solution for workplace, education, and healthcare environments.”
With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Design from Purdue University, Don Woods concentrates on creating intuitively refined designs. Don appreciates the utilization of mixed materials, joinery, and aesthetics within his designs. Don’s partnership with Kimball International spans over 25 years and he’s been an integral contributor to our product portfolio including designs of casegood solutions, tables, and seating.
