Mariben pull-up tables combine smart design with stylish contours. Its crescent-shaped base plate allows the pull-up table to be nestled around the leg of a chair or lounge seating, enabling the surface to be closer to the user. This base design also accommodates nesting for easy storage or tiered tables. Mariben incorporates mixed materials, height adjustability, and varied shaped tops, cultivating a table solution that is practical, affordable, and flexible.

“Throughout the development of Mariben, we challenged ourselves to keep it simple, intuitive, and user friendly. We wanted to make sure to hit these three elements from the top shapes to the table column to the base plate. The distinct low profile, crescent shaped base, in combination with the adjustable height option, allows the user more positional freedom and flexibility when arranging the table in a modern, collaborative lounge environment.”
With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Design from Purdue University, Don Woods concentrates on creating intuitively refined designs. Don appreciates the utilization of mixed materials, joinery, and aesthetics within his designs. Don’s partnership with Kimball International spans over 25 years and he’s been an integral contributor to our product portfolio including designs of casegood solutions, tables, and seating.
